Service

KisaMore Battle is an online service and Android application for viewing real greenhouse plants and participating in plant-growing competitions. Availability of particular competitions, greenhouse controls and features depends on current service capacity and published battle rules.

Accounts and conduct

Provide accurate registration details and protect your credentials. Do not disrupt the service, interfere with other participants, exploit vulnerabilities or misuse greenhouse controls. We may restrict access to protect users and equipment.

Plant battles

Each battle may have its own schedule, plant type, participation rules and resource limits displayed before participation. Plant growth depends on biological and technical factors; particular outcomes, yields or winning results are not guaranteed. Digital certificates, points and badges are governed by the displayed battle rules.

Purchases, Kisa and subscriptions

Viewing may be free. Where paid participation, Kisa credits or subscriptions are offered, the applicable price, included benefits, payment terms and renewal conditions must be displayed before purchase. Kisa is an internal service unit, not money, cryptocurrency or a transferable financial asset. A subscription does not renew unless recurring billing is clearly disclosed and authorized at checkout. Payments may be processed by an external payment provider subject to its checkout terms.

Cancellations and refunds

For payment questions, cancellations or refund requests, contact support@kisamore.farm with the transaction reference. Refund eligibility depends on the service delivered and applicable consumer law; mandatory statutory rights are not limited by these terms. Any specific cancellation conditions displayed at checkout also apply insofar as permitted by law.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available, but maintenance, internet connectivity, camera or greenhouse equipment faults may interrupt access. We may change features or rules prospectively; material changes to paid services will be communicated as required by law.
